You tapped a free spin link and nothing happened — or Coin Master opened but showed no reward. This is one of the most common frustrations for players. Here are all the reasons it happens and exactly how to fix each one.

1. The Link Has Expired

This is the most common reason. Every reward link has a built-in expiry — usually 2 to 3 days after it was originally posted by Moon Active. Once expired, the link simply stops working for everyone, regardless of account.

Fix: Always claim links from the Today section of our homepage first. Links in the "Older" section may already be expired.

2. You've Already Claimed This Link

Each reward link can only be redeemed once per account. If you previously claimed the same link from another website, Facebook, or email newsletter, it won't give you anything a second time — but it won't show an error either. The game just opens with no reward pop-up.

Fix: There's no workaround — move on to the next link. This is normal behaviour.

3. Coin Master Isn't Installed or Updated

Reward links are deep links that must open inside the Coin Master app. If the app isn't installed, your phone has no idea what to do with the link. An outdated version of the app can also fail to handle the redirect correctly.

Fix: Make sure Coin Master is installed and updated to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play before tapping links.

4. You're Opening the Link on the Wrong Device

The link must be tapped on the same device where Coin Master is installed. Opening a link on your laptop or a tablet that doesn't have the game will fail because there's no app to redirect to.

Fix: Open our site on your phone and tap links there directly.

5. Your Account Is a Guest Account

Some reward links are only redeemable on accounts connected to Facebook. Guest accounts occasionally have issues receiving certain reward types.

Fix: Link your Coin Master account to Facebook in the game settings. This also protects your progress if you ever lose your device.

6. You've Hit the Daily Reward Limit

Moon Active places a soft cap on how many reward links a single account can claim in a 24-hour period. If you've claimed a large number of links in one session, later ones may silently fail.

Fix: Wait until the next day and try again.
